Customer Service: Shipping Information & Policy
Carriers We Use
The carrier we use to ship your order depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your address, order size, etc.
Rest assured, our shipping department will choose the carrier that will give you the quickest service unless otherwise specified. The carrier we choose will not affect your shipping cost.
We use the following carriers to ship orders: UPS, FedEx and the United States Post Office.
Most of the artwork and products we have are unique items, and once purchased we will make every effort to make sure it is removed from the World Threads’ Web Site as soon as possible.
If you do happen to order an item that has been sold, we will immediately notify you by e-mail and refund the entire purchase price and shipping and handling costs.
The special order art and the custom order art requires some time to for the artist to produce. We will ship it to you immediately upon receipt provided your order, including shipping and handling costs have been paid in full. In-stock orders are shipped upon receipt in full of the purchase price, and shipping and handling costs.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on where the order is being shipped and also the size of the order. Orders with overnight shipping will generally leave our Boutique the same day if your order is placed before noon.
Domestic Shipping Costs (Inside the US)
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Item Availability Time assumes we have the product in stock. Orders placed by 12:00 noon will usually be shipped the same business day.
If you wish to place an international order,call us at +1.937.408.7430 or you may email us at orders@WorldThreads.com and we will have a client representative take your order. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 15 to 20 business days from the day you place your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office.
Some countries may require various types of import licenses. World Threads will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.
World Threads will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
World Threads will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. World Threads will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills World Threads for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount.
Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
